Salsa Con Queso

What you need

  • 1-1/2 cups tomato salsa
  • 250 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  •  3-4 spring onions, chopped
  •  Spring onions, extra, chopped for garnish
  •  Corn chips, to serve

How to make it

HEAT the salsa in a saucepan, whisk in the PHILLY and continue to whisk until smooth.
STIR in the chilli sauce and spring onions. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with extra spring onions and serve warm or cold with corn chips.
